Thus began a dance career performing in stage shows and official government celebrations including Canada Day Celebrations at Ontario's Parliamentary buildings, City TV's "Breakfast Television" program on numerous occasions, Toronto's yearly Hispanic Fiesta, the Gala Opening of the Argentine Consulate in Toronto, the Gala Opening of Palacio Latino in New York, the Festival d'Espagne at the Theatre St. Denis in Montreal, and performances with famed Tango singers Argentino Ledezma and Renaldo Martin .

As Co-director of Tango Vive, she assisted in the presentation of 3 productions featuring 12 dancers and 6 musicians. She also assisted in the choreography of The Latin Ambassadors, a group which performed Salsa with Tito Puente at Massey Hall in Toronto, and was contracted to dance for 3 consecutive summers at Ontario Place.
Susana's choreographing skills have also been lent to projects such as CBC TV's Zed Show , an Apparel BC Fashion Show featuring Manuel Mendoza's Tango Fashions, Toronto's Miss Sabor Latino Beauty Pageant and she choreographed actors Zuleikha Robinson and John Vargas in the X-Files spin-off The Lone Gunmen for an episode called "Tango de los Pistoleros".
